Products and Services
DrakeU.com sells online writing classes, downloadable digital books and materials, physical print books, and other writing-related products and resources.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, and included materials may change at any time without prior notice.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final.
Because DrakeU.com sells digital products, downloadable materials, online classes, and print books, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed, except where required by law.
Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
However, we do want you to be satisfied. If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us with the product you purchased, your order information, and the reason for your request. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.
Online Classes
When you purchase an online class, you are purchasing access to the course content as described on the product page at the time of purchase.
Your access is for your personal use only. You may not share your login, distribute course materials, copy videos, record lessons, reproduce class content, or make the material available to anyone else.
Course content may be updated, revised, expanded, reorganized, or removed at any time.
Purchasing a class does not guarantee any specific writing result, publishing outcome, financial result, agent interest, book deal, sales increase, or career advancement. The material is educational. What you do with it is up to you.
Digital Downloads
Digital books, PDFs, macros, worksheets, files, and other downloadable materials are final sale once purchased.
You are responsible for downloading and saving your files. If a file is updated, replaced, or revised, Drake U may make the newer version available through the original download area or class page when possible, but continued availability is not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
Digital products are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not copy, share, upload, resell, redistribute, teach from, reproduce, or otherwise distribute the materials without written permission.
Physical Print Books
Physical print books are final sale.
If a physical book arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and determine whether a replacement or other remedy is appropriate.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer, packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, technical errors, abuse of the site, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Purchasing a product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the material for your own education and writing development.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, rent, upload, publish, teach, train others from, or create derivative products from DrakeU.com materials without written permission.

The materials provided through DrakeU.com are for educational and informational purposes only.

Writing is hard. We can teach the tools. You still have to do the work.
